Jr.High: journaling nutrition and workload

Now that we have come to the end of this short season we can look back and reflect on things we did well, things we should continue doing and things we need to work on.

One way to keep track of this is by journaling and reflecting. The more data you have to reflect on the easier it is to see where you can make improvements.

I’m sharing my own journal for my own workload and nutrition for the last seven days.

Add in my referee map for that’s and period to understand why I have to eat five times a day.

Each half as a ref can be almost 2 miles.
