What can you do if you only have 3-5 teammates present to train?
Juggle try to start with just five minutes every other day. Then ten minutes. Then with a teammate or four.
Finish crosses/corners with one time volleys, headers, running on to the ball or whatever other means possible. Sometimes any deflection to just extend the play is all you need.
On your own find 15 minutes a day to walk/run for 30 seconds on run and 45 seconds off walk.
Why do I share my schedule, map? To make the game relevant. You don’t alway have to run or sprint. Sometimes the game calls for walking.
