Play 1
13 minutes.
3 sets of goals , goals scored by dribbling across goal line.
2 man teams playing on small fields. Focusing on shielding the ball and finding moments to pivot the defender.
Shielding the ball and running off the ball to find attacking opportunies.
Shielding player to use body and entire foot to pivot.
Practice 2
13 minutes.
All restarts from keepers hand, to the pivot player to shield then progress the offense by passing through attacking lanes.
Shielding using body and entire foot. Other players look to find unobstructed shots or by giving and going with the pivot player. Players can exchange with pivot player during the run of play and at each new restart. The focus is to win the ball in the center circle and maintain the strength to find passing options.

5v5 regulation futsal.
During a portion of the open play to focus on the target player and pivot all restarts during the game, even kick ins will be from the GK clearance.
