Play 1
13 minutes.
6 sets of goals , goals scored by dribbling through the gates
Start with 1 man teams. Add in 2 player teams to see if they can think of ways to get through the gates faster. Add in 3 man teams and see if teams can think about destroying another teams gate scoring.
Dribbling the ball through as many gates for timed points. No initial rules to the game. Wait to see who can score the most points by finding a cheat code.
Dribbling with both feet, dribbling with head up and changing directions. Shielding to maintain the ball in the last phase, of finding optimal moments to win the ball.
Practice 2
13 minutes.
All restarts from keepers hand, to the target zones for goal clearances. Keeper is to verbally encourage players to get to their starting position.
Getting in position ready to receive the ball from the keeper out of the air or on the roll. Other players look to make runs off of the receiver. Give and Go or balls that would change the point of the attack. Dummy runs for open shots.The focus is to win the ball and have your head up for the next play.

5v5 regulation futsal.
Focus on making kick ins direct kicks looking for deflections if the other team will allow the option to open up shorter kick ins.
During a portion of the open play to focus on trapping initial throws we will do all restarts as GK clearance.
