What would you do if you show up to a field and immediately upon inspecting the goals see this????

I know the referee tests always remind you to check the nets, make sure the goals are anchored, but do they ever address a mechanically modified goal where something not part of the goal extends into the field of play? I’d love to hear what you’ve seen or if you have a similar story.
