Hello, after hearing that the team who attends RxFit Ford City for morning training/conditioning on Monday and Wednesday this summer were taking a post-sweat photo, the idea of tracking, noting and sharing workouts and training made sense so we could get the multi-sport athletes up to speed with soccer talk. Think of it as the playbook without the book that American football players get on their first day of training camp.
