You will be assigned two practice pinnies for the week. Please bring both the blue and black one each night. Some of you already have a light blue one from the BG training week at the stadium.
Please bring H2O for yourself each night. Many hydration breaks will be provided.
Please set up your own bag and camp space at least 6ft apart from each other. Please keep this same distance in mind whenever we take an instruction or hydration break.
If you are not feeling well please inform coach prior to practice.
If you begin feeling not well during practice please also inform Coach thank you.
